Job Description
We are seeking a SEO Manager with at least 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have strong technical SEO knowledge.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Driving team productivity and taking full responsibility for overall team performance
- Conducting regular performance assessments through strategic team meetings to ensure optimal efficiency and achievement of goals
- Conducting in-depth market and keyword research to develop content and keyword plans that align with organisational objectives
- Setting clear SEO performance goals and utilising key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and assess their success
- Ensuring the efficiency of strategies by devising and executing plans within defined deadlines, always mindful of budget constraints and allocated time resources
- Monitoring and analysing ongoing SEO campaigns, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing strategic adjustments
- Review and optimise content based on SEO best practices, aligning it with the evolving landscape of search engine algorithms
- Creating meaningful KPIs and generating comprehensive reports, delivering insights to the internal team and executives on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Auditing and maintaining or improving SEO performance across our web properties and brands
- Functioning as an internal subject matter expert in the SEO field, guiding teams on the best approach for SEO, covering aspects such as site architecture, canonicalization, web
crawlability, indexability, page speed, and markup - Collaborating with key stakeholders in developing project roadmaps and ensuring their effective execution within designated timelines
- Contributing insights on technical SEO and user journey aspects, including product funnel optimization, heat mapping, and the design elements of A/B testing.
- Identifying on-site obstacles and working collaboratively with developers to optimise results and enhance overall SEO performance
- Efficiently communicate with other marketing professionals to align goals.
- Manage SEO campaigns in different niches

- Work with content writers to drive SEO in content creation and content marketing for each campaign.
- Take responsibility for on-page optimization.
- Perform ongoing keyword research, discovery, and optimization for new SEO keywords for various campaigns assigned.
- Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations.
- Create and execute a link-building strategy.
- Change website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
- Determine measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts.
- Monitor daily performance metrics with SEO tools such as Google Analytics to understand SEO strategy performance
- Keeping updated on both white hat and black hat SEO strategies to stay within search engine guidelines.
- Collaborate with others within the marketing department to manage SEO strategy
- Present SEO strategies and performance reviews to Clients
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in successfully developing and executing SEO campaigns
- Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods
- Experience with SEO industry programs, such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio
- Knowledge of keyword research, SEO Audit, and Competitive Analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (email, call, presentation)
- Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems
- Familiarity with LifeRay CMS an added advantage
- Experience with other aspects of marketing, such as customer growth and promotion, is a plus
